Trying at add to Apple Card iPhone through the wallet app, I'm told to turn off restrictions- where is that?
Can't find 'Restrictions"

Settings ➜ Screen Time ➜ Content & Privacy Restrictions.
Check if anything there is set do not Allow, and change it to Allow.. Such as the Wallet App under Apps, or Account Changes etc...
