iPhone seems to be in developer mode

Could my iPhone be restored as a Mac computer instead of an iPhone if done at one of apples stores?

Developer mode is part of iOS, and is enabled by cabling the iPhone into a Mac with the Xcode app installed.

To disable Developer Mode:

Settings > Privacy & Security > Developer Mode > Off
