Can I convert .suit fonts?

I've received a packaged file which contains a bunch of fonts. I've added all of them to FontBook successfully, apart from the .suit file. I drag it into FontBook and nothing happens. No error message, it just doesn't work. Is there a way to convert the font file? I've tried searching for an online converter with no joy.
