My daughters brand new 13 mini won’t allow her to use Memoji. It’s available in text, but tapping it does nothing. Is this something in the parental controls blocking it? I cannot find another reason why it won’t work.

Try a forced restart.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
