2 Part Question: 1. Apple ID is not recognized on the device, 2. Apple Watch series 8 Software Malfunction will not allow the pairing process be initiated.

The New Update was applied to the watch and is not currently pairing with the phone that was paired with before the most recent update.

    • Software: # 9.3.1
    • Prior to the Most recent update; No known issues.
    • Currently the Watch does not recognize any Apple ID's and is not registered within the categorized devices.
    • Next issue at hand since its not allowing the pairing process to be completed it.
      1. What will be the correct course of action to resolve the software issue?
      2. I am having similar issues with other Apple Devices such as a MacBook Pro not being recognized as the {"Local" Owner}. Is there an easy guide resolution # that someone can help me out with. (Concerning the Local issue). I feel like its going to be something UBER easy/

Force restart the Watch ie hold in Crown and Side button until Apple logo appears.

Then Unpair the Watch

Unpair and erase your Apple Watch – Apple Support (UK)

or if unpaired already erase the watch

ie Put your watch on its charger and keep it there until you complete these steps. (select the watch OS version)

Erase Apple Watch – Apple Support

Then in iphone Settings, [your name], at the bottom in red Sign Out.

After restarting the iphone sign back in with your Apple ID and then set up the Watch again

Set up your Apple Watch – Apple Support

Re the Mac try signing out of your Apple ID and after restarting, sign back in, or visit the Mac forum.
