Family sharing account disabled

My daughter’s iPad account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes. How do I recover it? Is it through my account or hers?

Family Sharing not working for one child Family sharing is working great for one child, however not for my other. Why was my Apple Account disabled for using a family member's card on the App Store and iTunes? I used my brother’s CRDB card to pay for the Mange Kimambi app. Later, my brother noticed various transactions happening without his permission, and they were being carried out on my phone without his authorization, since I was using his card. I went to the relevant organization to request a refund for all the amounts that had been withdrawn and used for payments.
