Logitech Ultra thin keyboard 15 ( rather old) with my equally old ipad

I got this out and dusted it off, charged it up.. i have hardly ever used it.. and i need to replace my ipad eventually but in any case thanks to various posts I managed to change the keyboard in settings so that all the keys work.. BUT they are rather slow.. almost sticky I would say? Is that just because it hasn't been used for a while.. any ideas? Some of them are fine but some are really slow to come up?

I cannot work out what the ipad is.. it is an Ipad Air Model Number ME987B/A?

The model number states that it is the First Generation iPad Air which was released about 10 years ago.

The Logitech Keyboard keys are probably not functioning well mechanically. You mentioned that some of the keys are slow to return to the raised position. This can very well happen due to its age and not in use condition for possibly years. Dirt and Dust may have gotten into it along with moisture which could have caused those “sticky” situations with some of the keys.

You can visit 👉 Logitech Support and see whether they have any recommendations on how to clean the keyboard so that the keys can funtion normally.
