How can I find my AirPods if it says no information

The only way to track your AirPods is with the Find My app. If there isn’t any information available though, then you won’t be able to use find your AirPods on a map. If may be that your AirPos are out of range or need to be charged. Here’s an article on using the Find My app to locate your AirPods - Find your lost AirPods

If you have a general idea of where you last saw your AirPods, you may want to check with any lost and found there or even with local law enforcement in case they got turned in there.
