Completely randomly, my iMAC started asking for a PIN for me to log into my User Account rather than my Password. I never set-up a PIN and have always used a Password.
1.) Where do I find the PIN setting option?
2.) How do I disable the PIN prompt?

We understand that your Mac is asking for a pin to enter. Did you happen to setup additional authentication or download an app? If so, you should have a recovery key that was required to be written down to move forward.
