Malwarebytes is the only scanning software that is recommended by this community of users. Never use any other software for scanning or cleaning your device. While used mostly for Mac diagnostics there is an iOS app, but there really is no need for it on the iPhone.

If you have a specific problem, your question can be answered here. For example, you may have a malicious notification that pops up on Safari that was installed from a site that can be easily removed.

Thank you for your response. Here's my situation. I received a text message that said I had a package that couldn't be delivered. In my sleepy state, I clicked on the link that led to a lengthy form with a this tracking number: US9514961195221 I got suspicious, didn't complete any info on the form. I searched for that tracking number and it is a scam. My phone still seems fine but I cleared Safari's history and cache anyway. I'm just worried that by clicking on that link, I might have installed some malware on my phone. Since I'm not having issues, it sounds like I should be ok. Thanks for your help!

You are fine, since you wisely got suspicious and never sent them any information. No software was installed on your phone. The only thing that probably happened is that the sender detected you clicked on the link and you may get other scams in the future since they know they just about got you to follow through.

We will never get rid of those messages, just have to keep being smart about our info.
