stuck pixels 2020 macbook pro

hi, I have a MacBook Pro 13 inch, 2020 with the M1 chip. I have noticed with darker backgrounds stuck pixels in the middle of my screen.

1 Just wondering how to fix them due to the MacBook being out to warranty for apple care ?

2 did I cause them, because they lineup with the space bar and mouse pad ?

I can see spots on the screen, but I cannot tell what they are...whether they are on the LCD Panel or whether they are spots on the glass or anti-reflective coating. What I'm seeing is covering an area larger than the spacebar.

I have seen some thread on here with users reporting spots on the Apple Silicon laptop screens...most seem to imply the issue is with the glass though. The Retina model laptops have very little clearance when the display is closed, so the glass tends to rub against the keyboard especially if pressure is exerted on the screen when carrying it or when it is being stored/carried in a bag.

This is something you need to ask a tech who can see the issue first hand since it is very hard to make out details from pictures of the display....I know as I have tried to photograph things like this to show others.
