Hey,
My iPhone’s weather app units are in Celsius and Kilometres, and Apple Watch mirrors all settings - location etc.
However, while my iPhone shows wind speed in Km/h, Apple Watch shows wind speed in MPH.
Any idea how I can make Apple Watch display Km/h as well? Or is that not possible?

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.

It should not only be possible, the iPhone & watch should user the same units. On the iPhone, tap:
Watch > My Watch > General > Language & Region
and make sure Mirror my iPhone is selected.

Do you know if what I described is even possible i.e. having Apple Watch display wind speeds in Km/h, same as iPhone, with location set to United Kingdom? Paired iPhone shows Km/h.
