“Activate eSIM” notification

Several weeks ago I started receiving notifications to activate an eSIM from Cricket Wireless.

I’ve never had service through Cricket, nor have I contacted them at all to start new service, so I really have no idea why it’s coming up on my phone to begin with. I currently have service through Spectrum.

At this point I’ve been hitting cancel anytime the notification comes up and it goes away, but it always comes back again after 1-2 days. I also tried resetting all network settings.

I just want the notifications to go away, so I’m not sure if I should activate and then delete the eSIM or if there’s another solution.

I had this same issue a few months ago and thought it had finally stopped but just this morning it's back and now has 2 separate notifications!

I am the original owner of this phone and I got it from an authorized Verizon store.

I have never changed regions, left the country, or changed carriers.

I'm on a family plan and no one else has gotten this.
