Missing Storage on MacBook. 13GB is not shown!

Hi. As can be seen in pictures (Storage in OS X, Storage in Windows, and the Terminal diskutil list), Although I had decided for partitioning of 195GB for Windows, still in reality I only have 182GB. Means 13 GB is missing! Please help what should I do? Anyway to resolve without reinstallation?

Other hints I noticed were sometimes when Windows was booting, there was two choices (Volume 3 and Windows), so maybe it was because of the other file or recovery or something? But I don’t know how to find and delete if abnormal.

Note when I installed windows via bootcamp, I erased the partition completely twice and ensure it showed 251GB which is my total GB. Then I fresh install OS X Monetary, and just after that used Bootcamp.

I don't know how the lower level details of BootCamp work. Usually a Windows installation includes at least two partitions...one for the main system & data drive (C:), and another hidden partition for boot/recovery, and possibly another one for backup/restore. All of this may be hidden from macOS within the BootCamp partition shown as "disk0s3".

Search for an launch "disk management" on Windows to get a look at the partition layout of the Windows installation as it may show another hidden Windows partition.

Thank you. I checked but generally seems the overall storage is shown less in windows! Still 182 instead of 195 for bootcamp, and even 51 instead of 55 for mac os!

I searched more, looks like that’s normal due to Gib vs GB conversion. Is it correct? If yes a new knowledge to me!

That may be it since the macOS Container shown in the Windows' Disk Management is also a bit smaller than reported by "diskutil" on macOS.
