Disk Utility does not show my partitions

I deleted my windows 10 partition and it did not put that disk space back to my Mac portion and now it says I have 109,06 GB free but I only used 12,96 GB and I have a 500 GB drive.MacBook Pro 2017

On an Intel Mac—


if you used the BootCamp Utility you need to use this to remove it as well.


otherwise you will have to erase/reformat/initialize your parent drive as new to regain your entire storage space—and then reinstall the macOS, then restore your user data from backup
