Disk Utility does not show my partitions

if you used the BootCamp Utility you need to use this to remove it as well.

otherwise you will have to erase/reformat/initialize your parent drive as new to regain your entire storage space—and then reinstall the macOS, then restore your user data from backup

If Disk Utility is unable to merge the partitions, then disconnect all external drives from the Mac. Then launch the Terminal app and issue the following commands & post the results:

diskutil  list  internal

diskutil  ap  list
