Why doesn't my Google account show up in Notes after Ventura update?

Hi all,

I just updated my 21.5" 2017 iMac from Catalina to Ventura 13.2.1. When I open Notes now, the only account that shows up is iCloud--no sign of my Google account, which is where I keep all my notes! When I go to Notes>Accounts, System Settings opens up my internet accounts, and it says my gmail account has the Notes app enabled--so why aren't my Google account Notes showing up in Notes? Thankfully I have an older macbook air that still is accessing the account.

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities NanTrevone,

The following graphic may help you locate notes associated with other accounts that you sync your Mac with:

"View your notes on Mac

You can view notes from all your notes accounts at any time. By default, your notes are organized by date, so you can quickly see notes you’ve created or edited during a specific period of time.

The Notes window with all your configured accounts and folders listed in the sidebar on the left, the list of notes in the middle showing a preview of each note, and the content of the selected note appearing on the right. The number of notes appears next to each folder."

As shown there, look for your accounts in the sidebar of Notes.

Additionally information and guidance is available, here: View your notes on Mac

Cheers!

Hey ryane77,

Thanks for your response, but your answer was super unhelpful. Maybe my question isn't clear enough--I tried to include a screenshot of my problem, but I'm getting a "You have included content in your post that is not permitted" warning so unfortunately I can't show you a picture of what's happening.

As I mentioned in my original post, my "iCloud" and my "On My Mac" folders show up in Notes, but not my "Google" folder, even though it says Notes is enabled for my Google account in my System Settings. How can I get my Google folder to appear in my Notes folders?
