Hi there tranee144,

We understand you need help with pairing your HomePod to your iPhone. We have some great resources with steps to help resolve this. We'll start with this one: If you can't set up HomePod mini or HomePod - Apple Support

  1. Make sure your iOS version is fully updated: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
  2. Check for updates to the Home or Music apps: How to manually update apps on your Apple device - Apple Support
  3. Make sure both your iPhone and HomePod are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  4. Reset your HomePod: If HomePod or HomePod mini isn't responding - Apple Support

Then, check the following:

Check that two-factor authentication is turned on for your Apple ID and iCloud Keychain is turned on
- To check if two-factor authentication is turned on, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Password & Security. If two-factor authentication isn't set up, select the option to enable it and follow the steps.
- To check if iCloud Keychain is turned on, go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud. Scroll down and check that Keychain is on. If it isn't, tap Keychain and turn it on. If prompted, follow the steps to set up iCloud Keychain.

If you still aren't able to get them paired, reply back with what specifically happens when you try to connect them. Make sure to note any specific errors you might see. We look forward to hearing how it goes.

Best regards.
