iPhone WIFI Issue

Problem:

In Settings, when I press “ LJ Apple ID, I Cloud, Media & Purchases”,

1.The selections, “Name, Phone Numbers, Email” and “Payment & Shipping” are greyed out…

2.When I press “Password & Security” notice says “Account Details Unavailable”.

3.When I press “Subscriptions”, notice says “Cannot Connect”

Unless I am connected to a WIFI network!!!!!

Clues?

-I always have WIFI on and Cellular Data on

-This started at 7:45pm Monday, March 20 EST. When I walked into hotel. This was the 2nd night in that hotel)

-I received an email stating that my 2FA was turned on at 12:45am Tuesday, March 21 GMT.  I then changed my password, because I hadn't turned it on.

Immediately using my laptop

iPhone 11, iOS 16

Hello ARI0912,

It sounds related to this network. Have you tried to connect to another Wi-Fi network to confirm? If not, we'd recommend doing so to test this further: Connect to Wi-Fi on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If the issue is specific to a network, you can share the following with the IT department or the hotel in order to avoid these issues in the future: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support

In case you believe your Apple ID has been compromised, we'd recommend securing the account with the following steps: If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support

Let us know if this helps out or not. If not, what happened exactly when you tested another Wi-Fi network? As that will make sure we're on the same page. The more we can understand, the better we can assist.

Take care.
