Tracking

Hi I can’t turn on my tracking it’s saying the my Appel ID is missing age information and even if I change it, it still won’t work also I am 13+ so idk why it’s not working can u pls help?

Contact Apple Support:

If you cannot get your Apple Account configured to how it should be on your own, then contact Apple Support - they will run you through the fix on finding this information. If need be, perform some screensharing with them, and provide them your screenshot.

Apple Support Contact Us Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there as Necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
