Hi efrén97,

For help with regarding keeping the Automatic Updates setting on, check your restriction settings to be sure the option to change settings are enabled. The article here has information that can assist: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

efrén97,

Thank you for clarifying. Were you able to check and see if any restrictions are enabled?

Let's also verify you are on the latest iOS version:

"Update your iPhone or iPad wirelessly

  1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
  2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
  3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
  4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install. The Settings app on iPhone showing options to update to iOS 15.7 or iOS 16.
  5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do."

More details can be found here: Update your iPhone or iPad

If the issue persists, it may be best to reach out to Apple directly.

You can do so by going to Get Support.

They will take a closer look and check on available options.

Cheers!
