Unable to add new Focus mode on iPhone

Hi Apple Family Greetings,

Recently, I tried to add new "Focus Mode" on my iPhone 12 but there's no option available to add one so I deleted one of my already created focus in order to enable the + icon so that I can create a new but that doesn't given me the option to add new Focus Mode, I even tried reseting my phone to the factory setting but still same problem continued. Hence, I tried to add the Focus Mode on my Mac Air M1 but in that also the "Add Focus" option is in faded condition, again I reset that too to the factory setting nothing happened.

As per my understanding we can create multiple focus mode for our needs but I don't what's the issue here.

Kindly help me on this.

To create a customer Focus on your iPhone, you'll want to be sure you follow these steps:

Create a Custom Focus

If you want to concentrate on an activity that’s different from any of the provided Focus options, you can create a Custom Focus.

1. Go to Settings > Focus.

2. Tap at the top right, then tap Custom.

3. Enter a name for your Focus, then tap Return.

4. Choose a color and an icon to represent your Focus, then tap Next.

5. Tap Customize Focus, then set up the options for your custom Focus.
