Thank you for your replies, souna66, and for letting us know.

In that article: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support

Step 2 says:"When you mark your device as lost, you remotely lock it with a passcode, keeping your information secure".

Step 3 says: Report your missing device to local law enforcement.

says:

That message and Link was not from Apple, it was a scam to gain access to your Apple ID. Apple does not send messages like that.

Once you gave them access to your Apple ID they changed everything. It’s definitely unfortunate they got you with this scam, but it has nothing to do with weak security or Apple.

Thank you for your reply, and information, souna66.

Sorry it hasn't been easier for you.

Wondering if you had Apple Care for your iPhone.

If you have the serial number (maybe from a receipt, or eMailed receipt from Apple)

you could enter it in the webpage below, to see what shows up there:

I don't know whether or not they can give any assistance:

I did contact to Apple support after I got messages from Apple said my phone was online go to link to see position once I click to the link n log to my iCloud my lost phone was disappeared from find My app , it’s mean the thief alt successfully to turn off lost mode n using my lost

but Apple support can do nothing for this case

I’m so disappointed with that

actually it’s easy for them to reset my Apple ID from my lost device coz Apple security was weak

if the security even better than this how can scammers access to my phone unlock my phone n turn off my lost mode since the first place ? If so why Apple create a password for lock phone which can even unlock easily without any permission by just plug the phone with computer and unlock start take all information by send me scam message this way . It’s shouldn’t be responsible of Apple system?

Apple didn't allow scammers to access you phone, you did. You got a scam text from a scammer, then clicked on the scam link and signed into a scam login page which allowed a scammer to log into your Apple ID and take over your Apple ID. Once you let them take over your Apple ID, they turned off lost mode.

As for the iPhone passcode being removed by plugging into a computer, that is true and would erase the iPhone and remove all data. Except activation lock, it doesn't remove activation lock which prevents them from doing anything more with the device, unless you fall for a scam I described above.
