Can I recover my iMessage conversation on my iPhone after clearing chat transcript on myMacbook

Hi,

Accidentally today I clear the chat transcript on iMess from Macbook and all old messages on my iPhone were gone. I try to recover but I can't.

Although there're some messages remaining on my Macbook. (I thought it's gone when I cleared the transcript). I'm afraid that they will be gone to if I perform syncing now on my Macbook.

Can you please help me with this? I really want to get my conversation back to my iPhone

Hello huynhylan,

This article explains more about iCloud for Messages and how deleting messages on your Mac works: Delete messages and conversations in Messages on Mac - Apple Support. It states: "If you use Messages in iCloud, deleting a message or conversation on your Mac deletes it from all your devices where Messages in iCloud is on."

Since the messages were deleted, the only way to recover those would be if you had them backed up to an iTunes or iCloud backup and you restored your iPhone to that backup. Learn more here: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support. This page gives steps you can follow for iTunes and iCloud backups.
