My Apple Watch 14 is stuck on list view screen and will not change.

There is no such watch model as Watch 14. What happens when you push in the digital crown and release it on your watch? Did you want to change from List to Grid view? You can do that by hard pressing on the screen on either the List or Grid view and the option to change the view will appear.
