How do I update my "Solution Menu" from old MacBook Pro to new Apple M2 Pro?
Canon's Solution Menu stopped working on Macs several MacOS versions ago. Your old Macbook Pro must be pretty old! I believe it is 32-bit, which no longer can be run under recent MacOS versions.
You can probably still use the printer; mine, a multi-function device, was purchased in 2011 and it still works. Solution Menu provides an easy to use user interface offering selectable options for printing, scanning, faxing etc. with a multi-function Canon device. But you can continue to use all those functions, but you need to activate them separately. For instance, scanning can be done with Image Capture.

If you are referring to the Canon Solution Menu you will have to check the Canon site for a compatible version. If that's not what you are referring to, please explain further.
Thank you!
