My iPhone is glitching

My iPhone 12 mini is glitching it’s not letting me restart it or press any buttons on the phone what should I do ?

For help with your iPhone not responding as expected, test the steps for a forced restart below found in the article here: Force restart iPhone


"Force restart iPhone

If iPhone isn’t responding, and you can’t turn it off then on, try forcing it to restart.


  1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  3. Press and hold the side button.
  4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

If you continue to have an issue, temporarily remove any protective case and test the forced restart again. Should the issue remain, reach out to Apple Support directly to further assist.
