Hi I wanted to know if I purchase iphone from cannada if anything happens like any kind of hardware and software issues persists is it coverable in India?

It's at the discretion of the people at the service center. They likely won't have international iPhone models on hand for replacements, and therefore aren't obligated to honor warranties or AppleCare plans from outside their own country(except when both are in the European Economic Area or Switzerland).

While you may be able to obtain service outside the country of purchase, there is no obligation for Apple or dealers to provide service.
