There is no such thing as a global warranty for iPhone. Apple specifically says Warranty May Be Limited To The Country of Purchase. India is a tricky place. We often see people who purchased their iPhone in a different country refused warranty support because the phone they purchased outside of India isn't the same as the model Apple sells in India. As Niel correctly suggests, it is at the discretion of the service provider. Unless you purchased the phone directly from Apple in Dubai, Dubai can be even trickier. Non-Authorized sellers in Dubai often sell phones from other countries, further complicating warranty service.

There is no "global warranty".

Historically, it has proven difficult if not impossible to have iPhones sold outside of India serviced under warranty in India.

You should never purchase an iPhone in a country other than your own.

It's at the discretion of the people at the service center. They likely won't have international iPhone models on hand for replacements, and therefore aren't obligated to honor warranties or AppleCare plans from outside their own country(except when both are in the European Economic Area or Switzerland).

It might be....and might not be. Call an authorized Apple service center in India and ask them.
