Hi nikondon,
In macOS, you can create mailboxes for the organization of messages. The support article Create or delete mailboxes in Mail on Mac covers that process. If it's possible to create folders for your email account, you may need to consult with the email service provider for details or options to do so.
If you are working with an iCloud email address, then Organize email with folders in Mail on iCloud.com explains how to create folders within that specific account.
