If you recently created this Apple ID, please start by confirming that your Apple ID is fully set up and verified. You’ll also want a valid payment method on file for your subscriptions: 



You may also have the option to clear temporary app data from the settings of your Sony TV. Try this before restarting your devices and trying again. 


You may also contact your TV manufacture, or Apple Support directly for more help.
