Hello, I bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max 4 months ago on December 8. Battery health dropped to 98% over 4 months. Isn't that too fast? I use original adepter.

No, that's normal (avarage is about 1% per month). Start worrying when that value goes down, close to 83-80%.
