Keyboard shortcut to open values in pop-up menu?

Is there a keyboard shortcut to open the pop-up menu values and select them without the need to grab the mouse / trackpad?

Have you tried selecting the cell with the Pop-Up Menu and hitting the space bar?

Note that there is a (very long) list of keyboard shortcuts at Help > Keyboard Shortcuts in your menu.
