Bought a new iphone 14 pro and transferred data and apps. Ckd app store for list of updates to apps that are avalabile and that option is
missing. It was on my 6s and is there on my ipad, just not on my new phone. Tried logging out and back in, turning off and on. Setting for updates seem to be the same but the list and the section itself just isn’t there.

It sounds like you're checking for app updates. Bear in mind that after transferring data, the apps will be freshly updated. You can check in the future for updated by using the steps at How to manually update apps on your Apple device - Apple Support, though by default they update automatically.
1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
3. Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an app to update only that app, or tap Update All.

Thank you. Checking manually for updates is what I am trying to do. The section you are referring to after taping my account icon is missing. I thought or hope it will appear once an update to an existing app occurs, but a fee app on my ipad have not appeared on my new phone. Maybe the timing is off and will appear later?

My Problem is resolved. An update posted since I got the phone on Friday has been posted and now the option has appeared in the App Store
