Option 1: Refresh the App Store
Sometimes that alone kicks it back into reality.

This usually clears phantom updates.

What do you mean you’re receiving them? If you go to the Apple App Store and search the app, does it show Open, or a cloud icon indicating it needs to be downloaded?
The above photo indicates the app is on my device and it can be opened.

What do the apps in question indicate?

I suspect you merely removed the apps from the Home Screens and they are still in the library.
Are they Apple apps or third party apps? Where are you seeing the updates? Do you have an Apple Watch paired with your iPhone?
Third Party Apps. Receiving updates from the Apple App Store. No watch paired with the iPhone.
Those screenshots are what I’m referring to. And no, I did not choose only to delete them from my Home Screen. I searched my library again and did not find them.
