Why are all my iPad apps Updating?

why are these all needed to be reloaded all he time.

Apps that are infrequently used may be automatically offloaded from your iPad. This behaviour can be inhibited from iPad settings:

Settings > App Store > Offload Unused Apps - set to OFF
