Canceling Apple TV+ Annual Subscription

I've been trying for almost an hour now to cancel my Apple TV+ annual subscription that expires on April 9th. The website appears to make it virtually impossible. I have followed all of the instructions on how to do it via iTunes and online through the web.


Can anyone give me any advice? I can't even find a customer service number to call much less the ability to cancel online or through iTunes.

  1. On the Apple TV website: How to cancel Apple TV+ - Apple Support Go to the account Settings (top-right of the web page), scroll down to Subscriptions, choose Manage, choose Cancel. The linked support document also lists contact information.
  2. Or: In the iTunes application: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support Go to the Account menu, then View My Account. Scroll down to Settings, then find Subscriptions, then choose Manage. Select the subscription, click Edit, then click Cancel. The linked support document also lists contact information.
  3. Apple Support (customer service) numbers are listed on: Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
