Got a “hacked” pop up on my iPhone

I clicked on an article on Facebook and got a pop up with this message:” Your device Apple iPhone has been hacked. Your device needs to be restored immediately. Otherwise your Facebook, WhatsApp, instagram data will be compromised.”

It had a background webpage that resembled Apple Care. Is that a phishing scam?
