safari failed to open page message

how can i fix or troubleshoot this situation. the design.cricut.com is not being recognized by safari. have made many attempts to download the new update from the website by clicking on the before mentioned internet address. it will flash for all about 4 secs where you can see the download button and safari will display the failed to open message stating that it doesn't recognize the internet address starting with"cricut".

I was having the same issue but managed to find a work around.

  1. Go to Cricuts webpage
  2. Login
  3. Click on Design Space
  4. It will populate the link and give the same error
  5. Press the back button and it will populate the screen without erroring this time
