MacBook Pro screen noise
I noticed this on my MacBook Pro screen, at first I thought it will resolve on its own but it has persisted and it even seems to have spread. Please advise on what to do.

You have a hardware failure.
In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment at Apple®, a third party or AASP may be diiferent.
Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"
