How do I fix a vibrating screen light on my MacBook Pro?

Hmmm.. Not sure what exact Mac this is 13" running Tahoe— maybe you can be more exact, must be an M-series


I suspect you are referring to the built in screen; no external monitor involved.


Have you shut down and restarted..?

A SafeBoot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262 will sort many anomalies


Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.



If this is Intel 13" Mac..(?)



Try resetting the System Management Controller https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295


Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379

(get at least two-three rounds of the chimes when holding the NVRAM Reset)




your 26.3 is the current up to date macOS...


Is this a new issue when going from 26.2 to the point-update 26.3 ? Or an ongoing issue?
