I signed up for the 3 month free promotion through my Roku, I used and apple ID that I created. I logged out one day and cannot log back in. My apple ID works to log into this website but wont log me in on the apple app on the Roku.

As the developers, they'll be in the best position to determine why the Roku isn't accepting your login.
