data recovery from locked iphone

Hello, My iphone X had a cracked screen that went crazy trying to put in my passcode and now i am locked out of my iphone and it says "iPhone Unavailable" (no time waiting, FOREVR locked out). I want to know of any software that I can use to recover the data from the phone before I delete everything from icloud and upload everything from a much later backup date. Also I tried connecting the iphone to itunes and it wasn't recognized.
