Trouble reading book. Keep turning page but it keep going back to page 21

While reading my device keeps returning me to page 21 instead of 27

Apple Books Skipping Pages Hi Since the last update it seems Apple Books on the iPhone is skipping pages - it jumps ahead a number of pages when you turn the page. I downloaded two new books yesterday and both experienced the same problem (one being the latest Steve Jobs book) - it is also doing the same thing with older books in my library. I have tried restarting the device but the problem continues. I would be grateful for any guidance re how to fix the problem. Regards Bruce

Kindle app on ipad not showing page numbers only progress I have recently installed Kindle reader as an alternative to I-Books, first inpression is oke. I do have one topic however which is the progress of reading. In the I-Book i see the pagenumber i am reafing and the total qty. in the |JKindle however i am only seeing my progress as an percentage, and i cannot find a way to change that. Does anyone have a solution for this.I am using version 6.77 Kindle for Ipad Thank you

See if closing the app and force restart helps: Force restart iPad – Apple Support (AU)
