Visibility is sometimes unclear

I have the same problem again, I see a certain website indistinctly on my mobile, it's the website bet365, I tried to update my phone and it didn't help, is it because of the version of the phone?

Specific Web site does not work on any of my devices used to work untill 1 year ago i reckon on all my APPLE devices (iPhone , iPAD). All my devices are latest iOS always . I dont have any VPN or protection on them . Tried it on many WiFis , 4G different places etc. I tried it lately also on a freshly factory reset iPhone of mine. Vendor (Websence of Forcepoint) says its on my devices and that i should contact APPLE. Please advise anything though i am sure that its the vendor's problem and they dont admit and put the onus on me and APPLE. Argiris M [Edited by Moderator]

Update 13.5.1 After updating my iPad with the 13.5.1 update these two A’s appeared in front of every website visited ?
