How could i make AirPods and iphone ring at the same time ?

That is not an option. As soon as you connect your AirPods, all alerts and sounds from your iPhone will be sent to the AirPods.

AirPods not announcing incoming calls on iPhone iPhone doesn't ring for incoming call when AirPods are active and in my ears. Otherwise, it behaves as expected. While using AirPods for music/audible, Siri responds, takes dictation, announces emails, etc. But no incoming call is heard/announced. TIA for any assistance. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
