Screen Shadow or Broken? MBP 13" 2020 Touchbar

Hi everyone, hope someone can answer this..

Suddenly when I open my laptop this happens to my screen. I did some SMC and NVPRAM Reset, and the problem then disappear. However, when I put my laptop to sleep and open again in the following days the screen appear like this again. Do you guys have any suggestions? Do you think it's software bugs or hardware issues? Because sometimes it appears and sometimes it doesn't.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13

Vertical lines are almost always a fault in the display/display assembly itself.

Display cable faults may explain "sometimes it appears and sometimes it doesn't"

You can test by plugging in an external monitor and compare your results...
