None of the responses I’ve seen for this problem fix the issue. The “find my“ app should allow you to insert the absolute correct address. Not one that’s close, the exact address. Maybe if Mr. Jobs was still alive the job would get done.

Not sure where you would enter your address. And, of course, the information will change based on your location. Devices on WiFi only are using approximate locations. My iPad shows up across the street from me but my phone, which uses GPS, is very close to the actual location. You're only going to get close, not exact.
I understand completely. You're close enough to know that it's with you or at your home. Unless you have a GPS-enabled device, your address will be determined by WiFi and address approximation. Maybe you do not understand the problem. My iPad and luggage are at my Home address 99% of the time. My Home address is 3333 Anystreet, Anytown, USA and the ONLY safe location is 3333 Anystreet, Anytown, USA.
But. the FindMy App shows my devices at 2785 Anystreet, Anytown, USA.
If the displayed address was within a 16' radius, I would be happy. The address shown on FindMy is over 200' away. Further, my iPad is near a bank of windows with an open view to the west and southwest.
But, unless you work for Apple and have a connection to the app developers this discussion serves no purpose.
Yes, but I should be able to enter my EXACT home address. Why should my neighbors address be shown and not mine? the devices are in MY home not theirs. Apple has my home address, why not use it?
Not sure what you mean by inserting an address. FindMy approximates your location using Wi-Fi access points, cellular access points, and gps. It will always be close.
