Old text messages not backing up from iPhone to iCloud and other devices

my old text messages are not backing up into iCloud and other devices from my iPhone.
how can I fix it?

To clarify, are you using iCloud for Messages to sync those messages? If so, please ensure it is properly enabled on all of your devices: Set up iCloud for Messages on all your devices - Apple Support
Enabling that feature on your devices could help to resolve this issue.
