I’m having trouble watching Apple TV on my Sony Bravia too. The screen / visuals becomes heavily pixelated and unwatchable, can anyone suggest a fix? This is not happening with any other app, nor do I have poor internet

Apple's service uses higher data rate than others, just make sure to double check a Speedtest app on your TV to ensure you are getting at least 25MBPS. You can also try wiring via ethernet if on Wifi. Reinstalling the app can rule out any other temporary glitch. If all that is verified and it persists contact Apple so they can look into things on their end.
