It’s about the vibration or lack of.. I understand where to go but on this iPhone there still is no vibration button for off and on.. I went to accessibility etc and made sure vibration was on but when I go to haptics. There still is no button at all for vibrate.. simply no button at all only volume up or down.. this doesn’t make sense, on my older iPhones there was volume button and vibration both WTH?

I'm not sure what you mean by "vibration button for off and on." As far as I can remember, the vibration settings are the same as in prior iOS versions with only the wording having changed. In Settings > Sounds & Haptics, scroll down to ""Play Haptics in Silent Mode," "Play Haptics in Ring Mode." and "System Haptics."
All true.. but as I have been to all those.. if u have been with iPhones since they began .. there used to be 2 buttons one for volume and one for vibrations.. this phone has no button (slider type button) for vibration, I have been to settings and all the rest.. under accessories there is a button for vibration it is turned on but there is no vibration working..
